Hezy is an experienced patent attorney with rich knowledge in drafting patent applications, responding examination reports, providing opinions on patent matters such as novelty, inventiveness, infringement and freedom to operate to individual inventors and companies and strategizing IP.
Hezy is a graduate of the faculty of exact and natural sciences at the Hebrew university of Jerusalem. He got his M.Sc. in applied chemistry at the Casali institute and Ph.D. in applied physics at the School of Applied Physics both of the Hebrew university. His academic studies span over various fields in chemistry and physics including, polymers, semiconductors, electromagnetic radiation detectors and more.
Hezy also took part in developing solid-state composite radiation detectors for medical imaging in a startup company. He turned to the field of intellectual property, completed two years internship and received his diploma as patent attorney in Israel.
Hezy also graduated law school with major in the field IP law relating to communication, hi-tech and internet.
Hezy founded his firm of patent attorneys and professional advisers for providing counseling services in IP matters in different fields of technology ranging from pharmaceutics, medical devices, electronics, biotechnology, mechanics to appliances, utensils and equipment for domestic or personal use.

Yuval is a Ph.D. qualified physicist from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with profound and extensive scientific and technological knowledge in and experience with various fields of physics. His understanding spans from pure science of physics to hardcore technology in the Hi-Tech industry. He acquired an industrial and academic knowledge and expertise in various fields such as microwave physics, solid state physics, electronics, optics and electro-optics self-assembled systems, photonic crystals and meta-materials, silicon photonics physics related process development, device engineering and electronics of MOSFET in a FAB environment.
Yuval has a vast knowledge in FAB processing, process development and fabrication methods and also meteorology and analytical characterization methods inside a FAB environment.
He also gained high-end FAB’s practical personal experience in R&D, TD and production HVM projects.
In addition, Yuval holds several years of experience in electrical testing and simulations of DC, low and high frequency (RF) and a vast and detailed knowledge in modeling and simulations of microwave, electrical, optical and electro-optical design of various complex integrative systems and of discrete components.
Yuval worked in some of the leading top Hi-tech companies such as Intel, Numonyx and Micron and is knowledgeable in their work surrounding and requirements. Throughout his career he took leading roles in R&D, TD and production projects in top Hi-tech FAB companies and worked closely with top industrial and academic researchers and various groups inside and outside the FAB. He also developed some inventions relating to several innovative technology breakthroughs and filed patent applications for them during his work.
His skills enable him to understand the perspective of R&D developers and provide them with helpful counseling for the protection of their IP.

Yossi is a highly experienced software engineer and inventor with well-over 30 years of experience in computer and software science, acquiring a large part of his knowledge by self-education. He owns a B.Sc degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a major in information systems.
Yossi worked for 8 years as a system engineer and operating systems supervisor at the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). He specialized in mainframes of Novell networks. His major activities included installations, configuration, maintenance and upgrading of operating systems and communication networks, design and construction of computer networks, performance tuning and user support.In the following years, Yossi worked as a freelance consultant, advising on maintenance of operating systems, including planning of migration process, execution of migration plan and maintenance services.
Yossi has been and is currently conducting independent R&D of innovative technologies in the fields of speech emulation and telecommunication relating to development of technology of communication between different network protocols, for the latter he now owns patents and patent applications throughout the world, including the USA, Canada, Japan, Israel and Europe.
Independently conducting the process of prosecution before Patent Offices, Yossi has gained profound and extensive knowledge and experience in many aspects of intellectual property, including drafting and filing applications for patent, responding to Office actions, and filing appeals to the United States Patent Office, a couple of which successfully ended in his favor.
As a computer engineer, Yossi has vast and profound knowledge and experience in many aspects of computer and communication technologies, including wireless communication systems, computer systems, logic design, and knowledge bases.
Yossi is a special technical advisor in our firm, consulting our customers particularly in his fields of expertise and strategizing protection of IP for our clients.

Udi is an inventor in his own right, and so far has registered inventions and designs on his name in different technical fields. Udi’s talent and expertise spans over various technical and technological areas, starting from daily use tools and home utensils to inventive software applications, particularly for smartphone. The combination of technical understanding, imagination, capacity to identify problems through unique perspective enable Udi to provide practical and at the same time creative solutions. Udi’s resume includes industrial and academic knowledge, including product development as well as providing solutions for materializing concepts into actual products. Udi acquired his skills at VITAL college for industrial design, which later united with the SHENKAR college. Udi serves as technical advisor in our firm and brings rich experience and creative mind that enable us to provide best counseling services to our clients in protecting their IP rights.

Evgenii has a Ph.D. from the university of Novosibirsk and the Institute of Semiconductor Physics of Karaganda, approved by the high committee in Moscow, Russia. Evgenii acquired his education in physical chemistry and physics of semiconductors at Novosibirsk. His doctoral research focused on mobility of charge-carriers, electrons and holes, in MNOS structures at states of double injection. In Russia,
Evgenii continued his academic career as senior researcher, leader of an expedition to Sibiria for the investigation of seismic phenomena, senior engineer at photolithography labs and co-researcher at the institute of kinetic chemistry at the university of Novosibirsk.
After making Alia to Israel, Evgenii collaborated with Hezy in successfully developing semiconductor polycrystalline composite x-ray radiation detectors in a hi-tech company.
Evgenii owns extensive knowledge in different fields of physics, electronics and related fields of science and technology as well as superior ability as problem solve.
Evgenii’s vast experience and knowledge allow him to provide best help and guidance as technical adviser to our clients in different areas in physics and electronics.
